If you possess the compassion and ability to work with seniors, an LPN job with Landis Communities Healthcare or Personal Care is a great opportunity to find meaningful work. As a licensed practical nurse (LPN) you will carry a crucial role in enhancing each resident’s quality of life.

Responsibilities

As an LPN, your daily tasks may include:

• Developing, implementing, and updating resident care and support plans

• Medication management, documenting health updates, and responding to residents’ changing conditions

• Consulting with providers and residents’ families

• Supervising medication techs and personal care aides

• Assisting residents with daily tasks like bathing, dining, and participation in community events

Hours Available for This Position

Personal Care:

6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., 40 hours bi-weekly Apply Here>>
