FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT WORK SCHEDULE
- This is a full-time position. Day shift hours, Monday- Friday, 80 hours bi-weekly.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you participate in various aspects of preventative and restorative maintenance for residents, team members, and guests by providing assistance in a variety of functions. This includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, security, grounds keeping, assisting with emergency situations, assisting with set up of facilities for meetings, and resident relocations. With great care, you make sure to be in accordance with all standards and regulations and do whatever is needed by the team. You communicate well with anyone you come across and enjoy seeing how much of a positive impact you have on the community.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current PA Driver's License
- Prior experience in related role preferred.
