Supporting Landis Quality Living Growth Strategy and Leading the Opening of New Properties

This job may be your next career if your skills include:

• Supporting the sales process with tours, leads and move-ins
• Supporting LQL’s relationship with Joint Venture and collaborative partnerships
• Managing the team move in’s, move outs, lease end dates, final inspections, and any returned lease deposit funds
• Overseeing requests related to custom painting, wallpaper, and other special custom requests
• Supporting building security including apartment keys and other building security processes. Collaborates with Landis Security manager to be sure all processes are followed and sound.
• Overseeing and scheduling custodial and housekeeping services of common areas and the community rooms.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, communications, human services or related degree.
• At least 5-10 years supervisory and/or managerial experience required.
• Real Estate license preferred.
• Tax Credit certification preferred.
• Property Management Experience.
• Experience in resolving resident issues in a way that aligns with Landis Communities values.
• Experience serving diverse populations.
• Understanding of basic building and utility functions.
