About This Role

Full-time opportunities available
Facilities Supervisor: helps support communication, organization, preventive maintenance tracking, repairs, inventory, invoices, and on-call coordination
- Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Facilities Technician: assists with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, exterior building maintenance, preventive maintenance, appliance repair, and emergency response support
- Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Essential Responsibilities:

For the Facilities Supervisor:

Help keep the department running smoothly through strong communication, organization, and follow-through. This role supports preventive maintenance and repair records, communicates with staff and residents regarding maintenance issues, assists with repairs as needed, helps manage equipment and parts inventory, coordinates invoices, and participates in the on-call rotation.

For the Facilities Technician:

Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work across campus. This includes assisting with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, exterior building maintenance, appliance repair, preventive maintenance tasks, campus security awareness, and emergency response duties such as responding to alarms and completing related documentation.
