Responsibilities

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.

• Coordinate daily tasks such as assignment sheets and shower schedules with team members.

• Document resident conditions, treatments, and doctor’s visits to ensure accurate records.

• Monitor changes in residents’ behavior and care levels, consulting with supervisors, doctors, and family as necessary.

• Administer medications and treatments and supervise medication aides.

• Assist residents with activities including bathing and dining when necessary.

• Conduct rounds to assess resident statuses.

• Serve as a point of contact for resident families and provide clear communication.

Med Tech Skill Requirements

The essential qualifications below ensure that you are prepared for any med tech jobs at Landis Homes. To excel in your role and provide the highest standard of care to our residents, we require the following skills and certifications:

• A current license as a med tech in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required.

• Med tech certification and experience required.

• Current CPR certification.

• A licensed practical nurse (LPN) is preferred.
