As an Adult Day Services Nurse Manager at Landis, you will play a key role in overseeing client care, supporting daily program operations, and guiding staff in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This position blends hands-on nursing care with documentation, coordination, and leadership to ensure high-quality services that promote dignity, engagement, and well-being for the adults we serve.

About This Role

Part-Time: minimum 24-48 hours bi-weekly , as scheduled. NO weekend or holiday shifts.

Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of clients while attending Adult Day Services
Providing hands-on nursing support, including medication administration and assistance with ADLs
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and completing required reporting and billing support
Supervising ADS staff and volunteers and supporting daily program operations
Communicating with families and coordinating admissions, discharges, and care needs
Assisting with activities, client engagement, and emergency response as needed
Supporting center operations in the absence of the Director, including scheduling, transportation concerns, and weather-related planning
