About the Role

As a Wellness Coordinator – Aquatic Lead, you will develop and coordinate aquatic fitness programs and wellness education for residents across Residential Living, Personal Care, and Healthcare. You’ll oversee the Aquatic Center, maintain pool operations and chemistry, and collaborate with Facilities and outside vendors to ensure a safe, high-quality environment.

In addition to aquatic programming, you’ll lead land-based classes, personal training sessions, and other wellness initiatives, playing a key role in the overall wellness experience at Landis Homes.
